Over the Easter break, our Prep boys embarked on two thrilling European adventures: a ski trip to the breathtaking Austrian mountains and a Spanish adventure to vibrant Barcelona.
In the stunning Zillertal region of the Austrian Tirol, our skiers had a blast both on and off the piste. Despite the initial challenge of poor visibility due to heavy snow, the boys showed incredible determination and resilience, making fantastic progress. As the weather improved, they honed their skills and zoomed down the slopes under brilliant sunshine.
Off the mountain, the fun continued with swimming, bowling and the much-loved Tyrolean evening.
Meanwhile, in Spain, our Year 7 and 8 boys explored the beautiful city of Barcelona. They visited iconic spots like Camp Nou, the Gothic Quarter and La Sagrada Familia during their action-packed four-day adventure. They practised their Spanish and made new friends at a local school.
The fun did not stop there! The boys played a friendly match against a local football club, went kayaking and snorkeling in the Mediterranean, bowled and competed in some lively mini-golf. All too soon, their Spanish adventure drew to a close, and they said “Adiós” to the Costa Brava.
Boys on both trips returned home with a wealth of wonderful experiences, cultural insights, lessons learned and happy memories of fun-filled adventures.
