This week, boys of all ages have been busy honing their cricket skills. From the youngest Y3 boys learning to bowl with fun drills to older boys refreshing their skills in the nets, their shouts of delight and obvious enjoyment have been a joy to behold, not to mention the equally ebullient support given by their teachers.
Y4 boys told us:
“The best thing is you get to play a fun game with your friends.”
“I like bowling and batting. It’s always fun – it’s my favourite game.”
“I love it!”
We agree – cricket is dynamic, exciting, challenging and, most importantly, FUN.
With the sun shining, the boys back and highly enthusiastic and cricket in full swing again, there is simply no better way to start the summer term.
