We are delighted to announce that our Y6 table tennis teams performed superbly at the recent Bedfordshire U11 County finals to finish in third and fourth places.
The Bedford Prep A and B teams gained selection for the county finals after both teams reached the final of the district competition. The all-Bedford Prep district final was an exciting affair, with the impressive standard of table tennis skill clear to see. However, the B squad just pipped the A squad to the post and took the win.
At the county finals, both teams played well throughout against some very strong sides. This time, it was the A squad who just beat the B squad to finish in third place and come away with a medal. The B team finished in a very commendable fourth place.
