The Consort Choir performed a wonderful joint service of evensong with internationally renowned vocal ensemble VOCES8 at their base at the Gresham Centre in London on Monday 26 June.
A particular highlight of the performance was a rendition of fifth-former Alex Watson’s piece Judas mercator pessimus. VOCES8 are always an inspiration and it was wonderful for pupils from Bedford School and Bedford Girls’ School to have the opportunity to sing alongside them once again.
