On Wednesday 16th October, the Bedford School Association (BSA) welcomed parents, past parents and Old Bedfordians to the Quarry Theatre, for an evening of connection. Providing those who attended with a great opportunity to reconnect with old friends and meet new people in our school community.
Simon Everitt spoke about one of the school’s key strategic focusses, our Entrepreneurship Programme, explaining its goal to develop students’ entrepreneurial skills. He emphasised the importance of innovation and creativity in preparing students for the future.
Several students also shared their experiences with the entrepreneurship activities, highlighting how the programme has helped them think critically, hone their presentation skills, and pursue their own business ideas. The boys impressed guests with their confident delivery in front of a large group.
The event allowed attendees to network, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations. It was an enjoyable evening that strengthened the school community and showcased the impact of the Entrepreneurship Programme.
