On Tuesday 24th January the
Chapel Choir travelled to Oxford for a joint service with the choir of
Worcester College.  Arriving in Oxford earlier than expected, we had time
for an impromptu visit to the Ashmolean Museum, after which we had a tour of
the spectacular grounds of the college.  A short quiz with the Worcester
trebles followed, and we then rehearsed together in their magnificent Burgess
Chapel.  We all squeezed into the choir stalls for the service, with each
row alternating a Bedford boy and a Worcester boy or undergraduate, and the
combined choirs made a wonderfully rich sound.  Hoffer Tsang (L6)
accompanied some of the service and played the voluntary afterwards.

All in all it was a great
occasion.
