45 intrepid Y3 and Y4 carollers braved the icy winter winds and
ventured out into a decidedly brisk morning to herald the lead up to the
Christmas season in fine style singing carols and Christmas songs at the Kiosk
in Russell Park on
Saturday 21 October.  The turn-out from family
and friends was tremendous and the atmosphere was buzzing with energy and
excitement as we launched into our carols, sung with great gusto by both choir
and audience.  Afterwards, hot chocolate and cookies were a most welcome
treat and helped thaw the throng of human popsicles that we had become!

I would like to thank all the boys and their parents, as well as
Mrs Carrington, Mr Maitland and Mr and Mrs Silk for giving up their time to
help out with this enjoyable event, as well as Mrs Garrett and her amazing team
for helping organise the morning.
