The second of this year’s Harpur Science Forum’s lectures will be by Prof Tim Briggs, Orthopaedic Surgeon and National Director for Clinical Quality & Efficiency for the NHS who will speak on ‘Can the NHS be Saved?’

The lecture will be of particular interest to those with an interest in the healthcare sciences and economics. As usual the lecture:

  • Is open to all ages
  • Is free and no tickets are required
  • Definitely has no dress code
  • Has free refreshments in the Great Hall from 4.15pm

Please note that although Prof Briggs will leave time for questions at the end of his talk, he will also remain after his lecture in the Great Hall of the Main School Building (until 6pm latest) to answer individual questions.
