Y6 enjoyed a fun-filled day to the Big Bang Science fair on Thursday 17 March 2016.

With the opportunity to discover all about virtual reality, medicine, marine biology, film and TV, space exploration, explosive chemistry, crime-solving, robots, computer coding, microscopic bugs, giant trucks and more, the show gave the Y6 boys a great insight into how the science that they learn at school is used by real people in real jobs – and they had a lot of fun too

However, the highlight of the day for the boys was the Hollywood Special Effects Show in the theatre, which took them behind the scenes of their favourite films to discover the science and secrets of creating movie magic.
