Bedford Prep School’s Got Real Talent

Bedford Prep School’s Got Real Talent

Music, magic and tricks, drama, singing, comedy sketches and skills were all on show when boys took to the stage on Thursday 29 November for this year’s Bedford Prep School’s Got Talent.

The evening is always eagerly anticipated by the boys and their families, and, as ever, there was a spectacular variety of talent from boys of all ages.

We are incredibly proud of all the boys who took to the stage in the Erskine May Hall to share their brilliant, diverse and hugely entertaining talents. However, there can only be three winners, and these were:

Y3-Y5
Winner: Natey Roberts
Highly Commended: Gabriel Ng

Y6-Y7
Winner: Anson Choi Wong
Highly Commended: Henry Hillier

Our thanks go to Marcos and Kian (Y8), who were our ‘Ant and Dec’ of the evening and did a remarkable job of entertaining our audience, and Dani Bentley from Pitch Perfect Vocal Coaching and Fi Fowler, Head of Speech and Drama in the Upper School for being our judges.

“This event always makes me proud to see pupils expressing themselves. No guidance, no coaching. Just themselves up on that stage. It takes guts and resilience, as well as vulnerability, to stand up in front of an audience and share your talent. Well done, and congratulations to all involved!”
