Two Bedford School teams competed in the Bedford Round of
the Year 10/11 National Schools Badminton Competition at Bedford Academy on
Wednesday 30 November.
Both teams played high-quality badminton. The B team lost to
Mark Rutherford in the group stage. However, the A team beat Mark
Rutherford in the semi-final to secure their place in the final, where they
beat the Biddenham A team 5 games to 0. The Bedford A team now
progress to the County Round next term.
