Our prep boys had a brilliant day at the North Bedfordshire Middle Schools Athletics Championships on Tuesday 13 June 2017.
Our Y6 boys picked up an impressive five golds! Oliver Yates came first in the 1500m, Jack Aldridge came first in 75m sprint, Aiden Ainsworth-Cave came first in the Javelin, Ivan Iankov came first in the Long Jump and the relay team of Jack Aldridge, Aiden Ainsworth-Cave, Ivan Iankov and Alex Hall came first too. There were also great performances from Charlie Faulkner, Oliver Needham and Will Everett.
Our Y8 boys also had a superb day with two golds. Alex Edun won the 100m and then picked up a second gold in the 100m relay with team mates Tyler Pickergill, Maxwell Martin and George Ashcroft.
All in all a superb day of athletics!
