The Adrian Boult Society met on 3rd November for a series of short talks by members of the society.

Archie Young-Lee gave an introduction to the development of the Symphony through the centuries; Matthew Fordham discussed links between Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No 5 and Duke Ellington and George Christian explained his love of vinyl as a medium.

An interesting potpourri of topics and lots of interesting questions from the floor.
