Entrance assessments for the Prep School are held during the spring term in January. Our aim is to establish your son’s readiness to cope with the academic and social demands of the school and to ensure that he will be happy with us and able to achieve his potential.
All boys who are seeking entry into the Prep School are assessed in English, Maths and underlying ability. We will also request a confidential reference from the Headteacher of your son’s current school, which is taken into account.
The best way to prepare for entry is to read and ensure your son is working hard in his current school.
We are able to consider assessing for entry into the school at any stage of the year, provided that we have places available.
