We are thrilled to announce Bedford School’s first international school: Bedford School Mohali.

Bedford School has partnered with Doon International Education Society to establish this new international school in Mohali in India, set to open its doors to pupils in April 2026.
The boarding and day school for girls aged 3 to 18 is set to become the first British international girls’ school in India and the first of a family of international schools for Bedford School.
The school is inspired by the ethos and values of Bedford School in the UK. Aligned with the vision of Bedford School’s governors, the mission is to develop intellectually curious, resilient and confident young women who are equipped to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
This partnership unites two leading educational institutions, combining Doon International’s commitment to quality education with Bedford School’s rich tradition of excellence. The shared vision is to provide a world-class education that fosters academic achievement, character development, creativity and cultural awareness in today’s interconnected world.
