Note that the following policies correspond to Bedford School Theatre box office and not Bedford Central Box Office who sell the majority of our tickets.
Cash
The school box office takes payments of cash only on the door (during performances).
Cheques
Please make all cheques payable to The Harpur Trust. These should be posted to: Bedford School Theatre, De Parys Avenue, Bedford, MK40 2TU. To avoid disappointment we advise you make a telephone reservation before sending your cheque.
Credit / Debit Cards
Regrettably we are unable to accept Credit and Debit card payments at the school box office. However, tickets sold through the Central Box Office do.
Posting Tickets
We (Bedford School Theatre) are unable to post tickets out to you. They will be held at the venue for you to pick up before the performance. Tickets ordered through Bedford Central Box Office can, however be sent out to you (more info on their website).
Reservations
We are happy to reserve tickets for you. These will be held for five working days, or until 5 minutes before the performance. Unpaid reservations may be cancelled without prior notice after this time.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
Tickets once purchased are non refundable or exchangable . Only in the event of a show being cancelled will we refund your ticket.
Concessions
Concessionary tickets are available to students (NUS or similar ID required), under 18s, unemployed, disabled, senior citizens and for some selected shows, staff of Bedford School.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a performance you may not be able to enter the auditorium until the interval or a convenient break in the performance.
Photography
The unauthorised use of cameras/video photography or any other sort of recording equipment is strickly forbidden.
Parking
We have on site parking close to the theatre and at the main entrance. For picking up or dropping off at the theatre entrance, please take care of predestrians making their way from the car parks.
Use and storage of your personal information
When you supply your personal information to bedfordschool.org.uk/theatre we have legal obligations towards you in the way we use this data. We must collect the information fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it and tell you if we want to pass the information on to anyone else.
Your information will be disclosed where we are obliged or permitted by law.
If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content to bedfordschool.org.uk/theatre or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on bedfordschool.org.uk/theatre, we will use whatever information that is available to us about you to stop such behaviour.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested, and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met.
We will not contact you for promotional purposes, such as notifying you of recent news or updates unless you specifically agree to be contacted for such purposes at the time you submit your information on this site.
Access to your personal information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that bedfordschool.org.uk/theatre holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
Users 16 and under
If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to the Bedford School Theatre website. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.
