Each student undertakes a health and safety programme to enable them to become confident and comfortable with using the machines.
Within the centre of the Technology building are two Upper School workshops, which support’s the excellent relationship that the Prep School department has with the Upper School and helps to prepare students for their GCSE courses.
All students receive a well balanced curriculum, covering all aspects of Design and Technology. This involves applying a good level of knowledge and understanding of the design processes and creative thinking and also to gain the skills to manufacture to a high standard, using many practices that are used in industry.
