Bedford School is a highly versatile site offering a number of unique function rooms to cater to your every need. The School benefits from ample onsite parking and is easily accessible from the train station.
The Great Hall is our magnificent two-tiered assembly hall which dates back to 1891. This impressive space is idyllic for private dining for up to 220, concerts for up to 600 and exhibitions.
The Erskine May Hall is the perfect environment for conferences up to 450 people. The hall is equipped with built-in audio visual technology.
The Pavilion is an ideal setting for meetings and seminars for up to 40 delegates. Overlooking the School playing fields, the newly refurbished building offers a spacious and modern environment.
The Seminar Room is perfect for seminars and meetings for up to 18 delegates. The room has an interactive whiteboard and built-in projector for interactive presentations.

Sustainability Initiatives
Bedford School strives to operate within a sustainable and ethical environment.
Our initiatives include:
Hospitality
Food prepared freshly on-site
Use of free range eggs
Whenever possible use of local Suppliers to reduce road miles for delivery
Whenever possible food is approved by Red Tractor Assured; the Rainforest Alliance and fish is MSC certified
Water is filtered and bottled on site in reusable bottles
Operation of a no nuts policy to reduce the risk for allergy sufferers
Paper
All departments are encouraged to recycle as much as possible and recycling bins are also located within Conference rooms
Staff and pupils are encouraged to double-side copies when appropriate
Energy
Staff and pupils are reminded to switch off lights when not in use
All new development projects include energy-saving proposals
