All donors who make gifts totalling £1,000 or more, (including any tax claimed by the Foundation Trust as a direct result of the gift), will be eligible for election as a Member of the Foundation Trust, by the Trustees.
Membership is for life. Members can attend and vote at general meetings of the Foundation Trust and elect three of their number as Trustees. Members are also invited to our annual Commemoration of Founders and Benefactors Chapel Service and Lunch, which takes place in autumn, along with other key school events.
There are six grades of membership to recognise the differing value of Members’ donations to the Foundation Trust (including any associated tax claims):
Benefactor
This category is restricted to those donating a total of £250,000 or more. Names of Benefactors are read out in perpetuity in Chapel at the annual Founders and Benefactors service
Patron
For those donating a total of between £100,000 and £249,999
Vice President
For those donating a total of between £50,000 and £99,999
Fellow
For those donating a total of between £25,000 and £49,999
Member
For those donating a total of between £5,000 and £24,999
Associate Member
For those donating a total of between £1,000 and £4,999
